I love the Porter Novelli organization from a head office perspective but locally there are some issues

Lots of room to own projects and pursue new business
Amazing training programs
It's a time of change and a good time to be a part of the larger organization

ConsLocal leadership has some trouble communicating vision and strategy to staff
Management can be unavailable/lack interest in day-to-day operations
Lack of room for advancement in the top-heavy organization
