    Pros

Porter Novelli is a collaborative agency that provides opportunities for challenging and interesting work. They provide a competitive benefits package (except salary).

    Cons

Corporate leadership has struggled to develop and stick to a well-defined vision and direction for the agency. Advancement within the company is based more on tenure than performance. Salary for the majority of employees is at or below industry and market averages.

    Advice to Management

Place a stronger emphasis on employee satisfaction and professional growth. Decide on an identity for the agency and stick to it.
