I like the other collector's. i know how to read from a scrpit.and not to have my cell phone with me

Cons

they do not treat their collector's well..they only think about their investor's they forgot that the collector's are the ones on the phone speaking with thier debtor's... they expect you to dress up when they have investor's in the building

Advice to Senior Management

Take care of your collector's, more trainiing for manager's stop hiring just anybody off the street. pay your collector's what they are worth..then you woulkd not have to worry so much about investors
