Pros

I started off making 10.00 an hour for training and had no previous call center experience I was able to make a bonus for about three months. Guaranteed 40 hours a week with my own desk space. And daily competitions to win stuff like gas cards and gift certificates

Cons

the schedule i worked was horrible 11am to 12 midnight and they are not understanding when it comes to calling out for ANY reason whether your husband just died kid got sick they do not care unless you have PTO and have previously requested time off they have unrealistic collections goals and expect you to ask really personal questions. I left before they fired me but the way they do it is really embarassing they basically throw you out and deactivate your badge this job is really stressful on the average person you have to clear your whole schedule for them and the gift certificates you get are deducted from your paycheck which really defeats the purpose

Advice to Management

Management is really insensitive and unwilling to help you. Training only last for a couple weeks and they start you off in the middle of a month expecting you to collect a couple thousand dollars in debt

    Pros

Bonuses.....but u do have to meet a goal every month and will sometimes give away gift cards and other gifts

    Cons

Doesn't care to keep good employees...every rep has assigned accounts to collect money on and if you don't meet the goal or a percentage than it's a right up and you will eventually be terminated. Management needs a lot of work...can't say hello to own team members at times or have a work related conversation without upper management interfering like it's pre-school..what's the point of being on a team if you can't say anything to them...Alot of changes which comes along with a call center environment

    Advice to Management

Act like you want employees to be their for longetivity..

    Pros

I gained valuable knowledge working for their Litigation Department. Hands-on document production and developed understanding of civil case process.

    Cons

With all that is expected of the Legal Clerks and demand for seemingly endless push to increase production for without increased incentives. Raises are rarely if ever given and no employee recognitions. Combined with relatively low-entry level starting pay the company does not value their employees.

    Advice to Management

    Increased incentives, employee recognition.
