Cons

Managers are required to make studio purchases and are reimbursed, but the process is lengthy and can take several weeks, does not re-hire previous employees, no company health insurance

Advice to Senior Management

Store managers are promoted from within, but even the greatest associate may not be cut out for management. Regional managers are both approachable and ready to assist, but sometimes stretched too thin. Senior management can seem a bit distant and unapproachable at first, but associates and managers who prove their worth are respected and applauded.
