I worked at Portrait Innovations full-time for less than a year

ProsYou can work with kids and gain experience as a sales person and photographer.

ConsWork a ton of hours but you gain no true benefits. Especially during Christmas and Easter season you will never have the time be with family.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at Portrait Innovations full-time for more than 3 years


Pros: You get to play with adorable kids and get paid for it, making memories… Cons: All of the upper management talks junk behind everyone's back, I personally heard managers spreading fibs about other managers, as well as their regional managers,… Advice to Senior Management: Develop a better business plan, appreciate your associates that have genuine skill, talk to your studios....you can release all kinds of products but if you… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
