Pros

The company provided a great work life balance. You are able to enjoy the work you do and spend quality time with family.

Cons

As a small business, it lacked the consistency to fuel the financial obligations for the position. The work was good when it was there, just inconsistent.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to push the envelope to create opportunities for longer and larger contracts. Enhance the brand recognition in the industry.

    Strange within a cyclical calendar

    Pros

Ideas are welcomed there. Modifications take time but are well-received by supervisors.

    Cons

Cyclical due to the calendar. Their marketing/advertising leaves something to be desired. The employment is temp to hire, but I know some people who were perm that were laid off after 5 years of working there, right after I was released after less than 3 months there, but with an indication they'd be willing to rehire me, again for less than 3 months (but to remain eligible for unemployment) in late winter/early spring 2012. Their marketing/advertising should be the same as it is for Red Ribbon Week as well as Healthcare Workers Appreciation Week. There are many thousands of healthcare facilities that need to be contacted as well as schools. Company is an annual $80M business. Marketing needs to be more aggressive or else the company will cease to exist in less than 10 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HR needs information on a more regular basis in order to administer the employees and staff properly. Call center supervisors need to be evaluated - there is some type of bullying going on there - and those who have a personal grudge need to be released ASAP. I would like to return to there but only if Call Center supervisor wannabes are retrained. Also, the habit of doing a quick turnaround on a customer service matter by YELLING at someone to GET BACK ON THE PHONE is just not politically correct anymore. Procedures need to be modified or eliminated so as to have customer service reps want to work there, not threaten to leave because some WANNABE yells at a rep trying to do a good job.
