Typical for what it is

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Waterbury, CT

ProsThe pay is very good compared to what you do on the daily. It is fun work and very rewarding when you admit students who really want to be there. Management tries to break monotony with games.

ConsBad days are rough with 250+calls and nothing to show for it. They're very hard about their "unwritten" quotas with team meetings and one on ones with your supervisor every week. When you aren't fulfilling quotas you will not enjoy going in to work until leads pick up
