I have been working at Post University

Pros

The pay is very good compared to what you do on the daily. It is fun work and very rewarding when you admit students who really want to be there. Management tries to break monotony with games.

Cons

Bad days are rough with 250+calls and nothing to show for it. They're very hard about their "unwritten" quotas with team meetings and one on ones with your supervisor every week. When you aren't fulfilling quotas you will not enjoy going in to work until leads pick up

I have been working at Post University

    Pros

great management and everyone here are friendly. The work environment is overall very fun. The company is growing, lots of new hire.

    Cons

working some late nights if you want the weekends off. Working for the online department makes you feel detached from campus life sometimes

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what your doing. It works so dont change that. When you begin to micro manage, it will change the flow.
