“Lots of manual work, low pay and no training!”
Current Employee – been working at Pottery Barn Kids part-time for more than a year
Pros – Great employee discount - 40%
Cons – Horrible pay for back breaking work, no motivation from mgt, no training from mgt
Advice to Senior Management – Please come up with creative ways to motivate employees, despite the low pay. Also, no one enjoys looking like fools to customers when they can't speak intelligently about a product because they've had no training.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
