Pros

Power is not just a place to go through the simple daily work routine. It is an experience that is hard to come by. Its an organization that allows you to reach your full potential, you get out what you put in and you can be proud of that. Management at all levels are open and willing to help at all times to allow you to succeed. They provide a foundation that allows innovation, teamwork and constant growth opportunity.

Case in point, I have recently relocated and am not longer working for Power so I am without bias. Still, I have nothing but positive things to say about the organization, its culture, my colleagues (who have become some of my greatest friends incidentally) and the opportunity they provide. I have become a better more marketable person because of my time spent with such a great organization.

Cons

You are expected to put in the time in order to succeed. Some days you work more hours than others, but again you get out what you put in. The harder you work the further you will go.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to grow and develop the relationship between departments. It helps that everyone is on the same page sharing resources and allows all departments to work together, learn more and to achieve their goals.
