I have been working at Power Home Remodeling Group

    Pros

You will develop thick skin and learn how to talk to strangers. They will take you to Mexico which was the highlight of my experience.

    Cons

Awful place. managment stinks, they will hire anyone (no college degree required), leave you outside in the freezing cold for hours, or you bother people in a BJ's while they shop. They will tell you that you can make six figures, you will be the most successful person ever, but its all lies so you can just make the company money and you dont see a penny of it. literally, you can make a sale for $50,000 and they wont give you a dime.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be sincere and honest with your employees. You cannot tell someone on their first day of work they will make $94,000. Its not realistic.
