Cons

Management unable to set a direction for the company and stay with it. They were always changing directions.

Advice to Senior Management

Grow a pair. A consensus leadership style is not leadership. Set a direction and stick with it. Changing course all the time tells your employees that you don't know what you are doing. Don't be afraid to fire those that don't support your direction. Taking input from your employees is good but at some point you have to stop taking input and make a decision.
