    Pros

Numerous projects with government, company is continuously growing. They have big expensive holiday parties. Occasional education opportunities.

    Cons

not great work environment (at most of the projects there are absolutely no chance to work from home), strict time policies, must be in office 8 hours(on some projects). Work-life balance- not great. If snow day or government shutdown happen.... too bad - you will be siting at home with no money or using your priceless PTO!

I worked at Powertek full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

it's a young company, if they survive, it may present an opportunity for growth.

    Cons

lack of communication between management and staff....
    poor client management skills.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

get rid of the unnecessary layers of stiff bureaucracy and recognize and promote and utilizing existing talent.
I felt like I was in the military when working there... I specifically avoided working for companies supporting DoD to avoid such an environment.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
