I have been working at Pragmatics

    Pros

Most of the people are friendly and nice to work with. Very nice location. Benefits are competitive. Positive growth of company.

    Cons

Poor morale, back stabbing, total lack of communication, poor leadership, growing company that is getting in it's own way by thinking small. Too much micro-management by owners.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust the employees, offer feedback, be honest, learn the meaning of "leadership" and "management". Teach and mentor when problems arise. Communicate, comunicate, communicate!
