You have to wear many hats....

ProsPragmatics just purchased a new building with lots of room for growth.

It's a considerable small/mid-size company so you’re expected to wear many different hats. You will learn and develop fast because of the limited resources and skills. You are expected to assume roles and responsibilities to support the task or project.

The employees are very friendly and helpful.

The work atmosphere is business causal dress and if you work at the Pragmatics location you can wear jeans on Fridays.

ConsSenior managers are old and seem out of touch with current technologies.

Also, you don't get to choose your project. Most of the projects aren’t appealing.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry and brand Pragmatics as a company. Hire more young fresh talent. HR should host recruiting campaigns at colleges to bring more diversity to the projects and young fresh ideas.
