I have been working at Pratt & Whitney full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

This is a good place to start your career, take advantage of the employee scholar program. They paid my Masters. Then move on.

    Cons

Office politics, you have to befriend the right people to move up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your employees. Engineers break or make this company. Ever since 2008 I have seen a deterioration of the company loyalty to the employees. A lost of benefits were lost, all the while executives got pay bumps. Not fair and that's why I am moving on.
