I have been working at Pratt & Whitney full-time

    Pros

Pratt allows work life balance / telecommuting but it depends on your boss. Vacation time is industry average.

    Cons

Healthcare is expensive, but you accrue sick days. If you are sick they expect you to stay home. Lay offs and declining demand in the industry is leading to low morale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should continue to be open and address employees concerns. The atmosphere is very ethical

    Approves of CEO
