I worked at Pratt & Whitney full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Working with friendly co-workers. Some programs sponsored by management such as ergonomics benefit the employees.

Cons

Overworked employees. Management wants to squeeze employees for high productivity at a lower cost. Health care costs have shifted to employees at an alarming rate.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Decentralize.
