I worked at Pratt & Whitney as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

Great learning experience - learned a lot about translation, airplane technology and the company itself. Employees there are constantly learning and the company is dedicated to keeping its staff trained and up-to-date on relevant subjects and technologies.
Great co-workers - I was fortunate to work with a wonderful group of people who were really passionate about their jobs and loved the company they work for.

Cons

None that I can think of.
