Current Employee – been working at Pratt & Whitney

Pros – good management. good working atmosphere. very competent engineering staff. good relations between engineers and hourly workiers. good office facilities. good EHS program. Good vacation and sick pay. great communities to live in nearby, generally easy commute to work.

Cons – too much time and effort by management on non-productive activities.

Advice to Senior Management – do not have separate rules for outsource engineers. sometimes implies they are "2nd class citizens".
