I have been working at Praxair Distribution full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Retirement and Benefit Package is a nice plus and keeps most of the employees from leaving. The work-life balance really depends on whom you are and how many "feathers" you have.

    Cons

I worked for Praxair for a long time. There is very little room for growth and development unless you are part of one of the internal "clicks" Even then, you will always be given as much work as you want but are very rarely compensated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management really should communicate with "ALL" levels of employee's and not rely solely on middle management opinions. I think upper management would be surprised at the amount of micro managing that goes on.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
