Upper level management do not see the bigger picture and are too focused on meeting monthly goals.

Advice to Senior Management

The PPC location i was in was very antiquated, and more time was spent fixing machines than actual production. Management did not want to hire more maintenance personnel to help the problem in order to meet short sighted budget goals.
