Pros

Fast paced, market leader. This is a great company to learn how to run a business.

Cons

The top management of this division (VP of my group & President of the division) are oblivious to the incomptence and lack of caring for the people of this business by the General Manager.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a closer look at what your management at the plants is doing, and get feedback from their subordinates.
