    Pros

The company encourages you to "be creative" in ways to streamline your job and solve problems

    Cons

The reason you're encouraged to "be creative" is the company refuses to staff appropriately or provide adequate resources and compensation. The management has ZERO common sense when it comes to duties and any kind of workplace environment responsibility. The "HR" department consists of 1 person and they are clearly overwhelmed and under paid (as the position had at least 3 turnovers during my tenure there)

Compensation is a joke. Raises are almost non existent because they "pay overtime" but when the starting wage is so far below market value, what's the point? Benefits are sub par at best. There is a rampant culture of "everyone's replaceable" prevalent in the company. The director of the e-solutions group openly lies to employees regarding compensation and advancement opportunities. Management has no clue how to manage and they've successfully alienated themselves with key customers to the point that the manager of the e-solutions group is no longer allowed to interact with specific clients due to the complete lack of trust and faith in the work and his word.

They are highly reactionary and do little to "reinvest" in the workers who's backs they stand on and walk all over. I would not return to this company under any circumstances, or for any amount of money, what so ever as long as the current management was in place.

    Advice to Management

Take some HR courses to learn what is acceptable workplace action and etiquette.
Take some management courses to effectively learn how to motivate, and manage your employees.
Step up your compensation (that's pay AND benefits). It's not even close to what the rest of the market is.
