I worked at Precision full-time

Pros

Gave me opportunity to learn something new.

Cons

Mgmt, especially the CEO is lacking leadership skills. By this I mean employees/former employees don't trust him. This is a small company. Only after leaving did I realize how poor the reputation of the company is. Clueless clients with less knowledge buy very sub-par products from us. There's not a whole lot of precision within Precision... Revolving door with employees

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Practice what you preach. Don't keep blowing smoke, trust the people you hire a little more.

I have been working at Precision

    Pros

At Precision you will be exposed to high profile customers. You will gain valuable analytical experience. Precision's pay is in line with large consulting agencies, which is unheard of for a small company. Precision also offers incredible benefits to all employees.

    Cons

Team Leaders can seem hard to approach when they are busy.

I worked at Precision full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I was with the company for 4 or so years and had a blast. Had 2 promotions and pay raise every 6 months, plus 3 bonuses a year. If you pull your weight, you will be rewarded. End of story.

    On top, you will get:
    Lots of structure
    Developed culture and values
Extensive industry and software/tools training (priceless)
Mentoring from very experienced senior staff (priceless again)
    Good pay
    Great benefits
    Company trips
    Bonuses
Great hanging out with coworkers, happy hours all the time
A feel of belonging to a family who cares and respects you as a person and an employee

    Cons

    I really don't have any....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you are doing. It's obviously working. Do not pay attention to reviews from people who could not cut it, or thought someone else would do the work for them. People get very disgruntled when they lose their job, but don't want to admit it's their fault.
