Very little micromanaging.

Poor communication between departments.
Current processes and documentation are a nightmare to navigate through.
Company seems overly focused on visions and hiring upper management rather than investing in the current employees.

Need to perform 1:1 meetings with employees.
Overburdened supervisors with poor organization and delegation abilities.
