This organisation gives lots of respect to their employees, is concerned of issues they face and takes action to sort them out. Management is open to ideas, very supportive and give lot of freedom in work space. Always motivates to perform better. Colleagues are very jovial and energetic. Its a great place to start in base or management level role. Percent of hike is generally 25-30%.

Cons

No expert mentors to guide after intermediate level. Infrastructure is something they are working on. Tamil culture is highly dominant. High attrition.

Advice to Senior Management

Need to get technical Project Managers, tech leads etc who have been there done that to execute projects profitably. Better infrastructure. Don't make false promises to reduce attrition.
