Premera has a convenient work atmosphere... It is accessable, has a cafe and cafeteria, and is in a good location.
Cons
The management styles differ depending on who your manager is. PBC does not train management when they first arrive. Management elects to go through management training. Individuals hired from outside of the company are the most difficult as they can bring past styles to PBC. If the style is to micromanage, there is no corporate initiative to teach managers more friendly styles of working with their teams.
Advice to Senior Management
Learn new techniques of managing, as well as adherance to corporate initiatives, and statewide regulations regarding employement law.
