Premera Blue Cross IT Support Low Level in Mountlake Terrace, WA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

You don't have to travel in to Seattle or the Eastide to work.

Cons

Easy to be "let go"if you are in managment

Advice to Senior Management

Be aware of what all your people are doing week to week.
