Premera Blue Cross – “High turnover equals dissatisifed employees and poor leadership.”

One would think that management would figure that one out. Gee? Why is it when the job market improves we lose all our senior and skilled staff? Because they can't wait to get out of there once they see what the place is really like. And why is the place like that? Becuase thats the way senior managment and HR want it to be. Some really screwed up work ethic in play there.
