Premera Blue Cross Anonymous in Mountlake Terrace, WA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Free parking, if you can find a space. Designated smoking areas for employees, allow smoking outside the buildings. Good location if you live in Snohomish area.

Cons

No career paths, ineffective managers.

Advice to Senior Management

Need more management training and development of current managers, spend time analyzing why there is such high turnover.
