Pros

The commute, the nice people, the chance to make a difference for customers.

Cons

Seriously lacks IT sophistication (from the early 90's). The pay is decent but is not terribly competitive. The food available there is unhealthy and very expensive -- an odd thing for a healthcare company. No gym on campus, serious parking problems, and no free coffee. No kitchens except on the main floor of each building.

Advice to Senior Management

You have to get some technological capabilities. The IT department does their best, but their policies are truly insane (an awful lot of people there don't touch PPI) and they're not very knowledgeable. We need an enterprise portal, an internal enterprise-level search, blogs, wikis, and real IT support.
