Being part of a company that owns some of the biggest brands in the UK offers great stability
Pay is comparitively good vs other FMCG companies
Great people
Fast moving environment

Cons

The divisional divides are massive, don't be under the illusion that a large company equals plenty of opportunites, in my division we may as well be a stand-alone business - there is no chance to progress in the wider business
Talent mangement and general HR is very poor
There is a great need for propoerly focused incentivisation

Advice to Senior Management

The brands that underpin your business are driven by those that support them, not just the handful that promote and sell them. More focus needs to be put on the wider business functionsand improving the the HR and talent process. Still a long way to go befor Premier can be considered a peoperly integrated company.
