    Pros

    Good mission and vision to improve healthcare, but the strategy shifts monthly depending on which way the wind blows. Decent growth opportunities if you put in your time.

    Cons

    Poor leadership that doesn't communicate well with employees even in mid-management, much less lower level staff. All departments and new projects are understaffed. Many departments will not let the underperformers or free loaders go and will abuse the talented and hard working employees.

    Advice to Management

    Determine what direction the business is headed in and stick with that direction. Recognize employees that are getting the work done through incentives/advancements and figure out a way to let the free loading employees go.
