Pros

Very good side-services, higly qualified people to work with and a good ethic. The diversity of all business units is also a good thing.

Cons

It's not what it used to be. Some business units are in good health but have to pay for the others.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop saying everyting is/will be ok. Everybody knows that good years are passed and people just would like to know the truth... even if it'S "dont't know"
