Pros – Excellent sales teams.
Good work culture.
Strong financials.
Above-average benefits.
Excellent HR department.
Excellent financial department.

Cons – No career path, very few employees are actually promoted. Company is in middle of transition from a telecommunications company to a SaaS industry provider, and thus has a bit of an identity crisis. Senior management could be a lot stronger, particularly in developing associates and providing more structured career paths. Product development and innovation are weak.
