Pros

Very flexible hours week to week, month to month. Fast paced atmosphere combined with enthusiastic management. It is a great job inbetween jobs.

Cons

Many of the hours are down hours in which there is no business. You are simply punching the clock at certain locations as there is not enough business. Some shifts are too short and not worth the commute.

Advice to Senior Management

Find a way to utilize the workforce that you have already. New hires drive current hires crazy, there are not enough hours to go around in order to make it worth a full-time effort.
