Pros

You make your own schedule.

Cons

The pay is ok, but you have to be careful of the jobs that they assign to you, because some of the jobs end up costing you more than you make. Plus some of the jobs require a seperate time sheet to be filled out and signed by the management of the store, which that is not a problem. The problem is, you have to send the timesheet in, either by fax or email, and the timesheet rarely gets processed in time for the time to go on the current pay cycle. You then end up having to wait for a whole other pay cycle to get paid for that work.
You work as a w-2 employee, but you end up spending a good bit of time at home, performing company business, that you don't get paid for, such as entering reports online, reading emails, printing out work orders. You get paid by way of a debit card that they send you, but to avoid any service fees, you have to not draw any money out of an ATM. If you just use it to make purchases, and get cash back, you avoid the fees. Lastly, the district managers can be rude and uncaring. If you do a job, that requires a time sheet, you have to send it to your DM, and they may not even bother to send it on to corporate, so it can get processed. Plus, the constant barage of emails from your DM, gets to the point that it almost gets to the point that you feel like you're being harrased or treated like a child.
I would not recommend working for this company. There are other merchandising companies out there, that are better managed, and you don't have to worry about your pay.

    Pros

The hourly salary is decent and you are most of the time unsupervised. It is a great job for students since you work 20 hours a week.

    Cons

I have being with Premium for 6 months. I have noticed that you are basically on your own because the lack of training. Not only does the company expects you to train yourself, but They assume that you have a computer, internet, smartphone and a printer which They do not
give allowances. You may ask yourself, who in this day and age does not have either one of these things but one will be amazed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Knowledge is power. Training is non existent. I believe that a clean house is in order due to fact that your trainers or FMR do not support you. It is very hard to get in touch with one's manager and if You do call him, They will not return your phone call.

    Pros

set your own days and hours you want. You don't have to worry about managers down your back every minute of the day.

    Cons

Lack of training, you go in to work knowing nothing. Managers are very unaware of your cause for even coming to their store, they pretty much deny your services. You have pretty much wasted time and gas not to mention printing and they don't' even pay you your mileage. Very unorganized merchandising company.
