Cons

Lots of overtime expected, little possibility of growth and promotion. A big deal if someone calls in sick. Constant worry who will be laid-off.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to customer expectaions. Disconnect between Sales and remainder of company. Various locations need to feel they work for the same company.
