Stability, great co-workers, good atmosphere to work in, updated building so equipement and conditions were very nice, decent pay.

Management issues, both in the kitchen and as a CNA. Scheduling complaints, and not very flexible. Staffing problems.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep people where they are scheudled, and be a little more flexible with scheduling.
