They paid for your phone, and internet...thats about the only nice thing they did for their employees. Oh and if you were related to the owners, you would get promotions & iphones

Cons

The place was rank with nepotism. The health insurance plan was cut down every year, and they made a lot of false promises in regards to getting certifications, then raises....it was all lies.

Advice to Senior Management

Get a real clue on how the IT world works, and stop recruiting your family members into high level executive positions.
