Co-Workers do treat you like family

    Cons

CEO & corporate has a very nice office space at the Talcott facility but yet they are spending money on rent downtown and on treadmill desks but they are now selling one of its home bases.

    Advice to Management

stop forcing employees to work less than their respective hours and using pto with out laying off people. stop with the "productivity" crap

    Pros

It's a large healthcare system with a lot of employees

    Cons

No common technology and leaders who are ineffective

    Advice to Management

Know how your leaders are really treating people. Offer face to face exits. If an employee mentions a bad experience, don't take it that the person is just disgruntled. There is a reason for their dissatifaction and it comes back to the managers that you have in place. If they make unrealistic expectations and lack empathy and consideration for common human feeling, that person isn't the best person to lead. If that person just bulldozers over your emotions it may not be a good idea to have them lead talented people because you will not meet your priorities.
