    I have been working at Presence Health full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great leadership staff. Moving in the right direction to unify Legacy Provena and Legacy Resurrection hospital systems. Great work-live balance as evidenced by staff that have long tenure with the organization.

    Cons

    Needs more transparency, investment in staff development needs to come from top down. Concerns with recent turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to have better staff evaluation to trim fat and compensate those that are really contributing to organization's success. The same across the board merit raise if it happens this year would be insulting. Develop your staff and reduce dependency on consulting firms.

    Pros

    good team work with employees. you will not feel alone when working with other nurses.

    Cons

    employee turn over is high. Most nurses get burned out in two years and hurriedly opt for registry because it pays more.
