Pros

People are very nice, the work varies and is generally challenging with a wide degree of latitude in how you do it.

Cons

A very small number of the upper management can be rude and standoffish with an apparent air of entitlement, and appear to have little respect for their subordinates and make decisions with little integrity.

Advice to Senior Management

Find out who the managers are that lack genuine passion and integrity and dump them. They hurt morale and don't contribute as much as you think they do.
