Great discount on food. Free lunch at head office. Great annual Xmas and summer parties and head office encourages department events outside of office. Young staff population and generally nice people overall

Cons

Poor senior leadership due to lack of experience and diversity. Promotion and staff recognition based on personal favourites rather than competence and experience. Quite clicky.

Advice to Senior Management

Favouritism at the top has to stop and start to recognise talent at middle management. Like the social hierarchy, this sphere of the staff population seems to be the ones who get screwed over the most, often talented individuals are overlooked for promotion.
