I worked at Prezi full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Very honest and agile company, build on trust instead of fear. Truly multicultural. It was my best place to work ... ever.

Cons

Sadly, since there is shared responsibility, there is no traditional QA anymore.

I worked at Prezi as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

The company culture is positive and everyone is focused on making a product that will make the world better. The management structure is very flat for a company of its size, with only about two levels of management between me and the C-levels. The work was interesting, and my manager made sure that I was able to develop my skills with the tasks that I was given. Overall, just a very happy, friendly place to work.

    Cons

Not a whole lot against the company. Day-to-day pay was a bit low by US standards, but my relocation and housing in Budapest were all covered, so I think it evened out nicely.
