I have been working at Priceline.com full-time

Pros

Priceline is one of the best jobs I've held. The people are amazing, the company is solid. Everyone in the company has a strong idea of where we are headed, and how their job impacts the business.

Cons

The company is relatively "flat" in its organizational structure, leaving somewhat limited opportunities for growth in some areas.

    I worked at Priceline.com

    Pros

Some of the best immediate supervisors I've ever worked with, interesting and often enjoyable work.

    Cons

Schedule is very difficult for anyone with family, health issues, or any kind of life outside of the workplace.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

High turnover is probably tied to stress regarding scheduling practices. It's not really fair to expect Customer Care staff to be available 24/7 when management, office staff, etc. work "bankers' hours".
