Pros

The benefits are decent, and you gain exposure to a wide variety of projects.

Cons

Poor management, poor management communication, inadequate salary given the hours, billing practices are not perfect, lots of "squeaky wheel" mentality in management prevents many sharp, hard working folks from progressing, esp. amongst people of color.

Advice to Senior Management

Promote evenly- not just those who are loud and vocal. Reward the hard workers and non-kiss-uppers. Lots of work to do in the area of diversity.
