PwC Advisory has a semi-aggressive culture with strong management and sales goals once you reach manager level. This is great experience for individuals who seek to move ahead with their career. And colleagues are top-notch (driven and intelligent) -- a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The burn-out rate can be high (although it's not as high in Advisory). But this also leads to opportunities for advancement for those who stick around and drive opportunities.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep doing what you're doing. I've been extremely impressed with the level of communication that management has implemented during the economic downturn. The Firm is doing well in regard to their management approach.
