This is definitely a good place to start an accounting career and to obtain the amount of experiences to sit for the CPA exam.

Cons

This job is definitely under paid and they work their employees a lot. Too much work for too little pay.

Advice to Senior Management

I think management should listen to their employess more and definitely pay them more salaries . And also have profit sharing.
